What to expect

Courses are intended to be informal and enjoyable. It’s best to wear loose, comfortable clothes that won’t restrict your movement or breathing. Please bring a cushion and a rug or blanket to keep you warm when lying or sitting still. In most venues, drinks are not available so you may want to bring a soft drink or bottle of water with you. There are unlikely to be more than 10 people on each course.

There are opportunities for you to practice the skills learnt at home. You will get the most out of the course if you do practice at home as this will help you apply the skills to your everyday life.
