Who are we?
Bristol Wellbeing Therapies is the access point for the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service in Bristol. We aim to help you learn how to improve your wellbeing and have better mental health, giving you strategies you can continue to use in your future.
We support individuals experiencing a range of difficulties including:
Obsessions and compulsions
How to access our service
You can apply for a place on one of our Getting the Balance Back, Anxiety Management, Improving Self Esteem, Low Mood, Panic or Worry courses by completing our referral form.
